PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveying device correcting curling nature of rolled sheet paid out a predetermined length and cut by a cutting means. SOLUTION: A restriction means 500 for applying braking load and pulling the rolled paper 100 to a storage part side is provided on a shaft 110 of the rolled paper 100. A paying out means 400 has a pair of first rollers 410 for drawing out the rolled paper 100 from the storage part; and a pair of first rollers 420 provided on a common route U and introducing the sheet drawn out by the pair of first rollers 410 to the common route U. A pair of guide rollers 600 for guiding the sheet to the cutting means 200 side is provided near an intersection of a line segment of a bent point of the common route U advancing from a point where it is merged from a branch flow route U1 to the common route U toward the cutting means 200 and a line segment of the common route U where the cutting means 200 is arranged to correct the curling nature of the sheet.
