Provided is a diversity radio reception device having a preferable reception sensitivity and including a first reception unit and a second reception unit. The first reception unit has a first mixer for converting a received radio frequency signal into an IF signal of a first intermediate frequency by upper local and a first filter connected to the output side of the first mixer. Moreover, the second reception unit has a second mixer for converting the received radio frequency signal into an IF signal of a second intermediate frequency by lower local and a second filter connected to the output side of the second mixer.
