MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MIXED SURFACTANT SYSTEM

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a mixed surfactant system. The present invention comprises steps of preparing a cationic compound formed by heat-reacting a tertiary amine having a specific formula with a polyhydroxy compound having a specific formula; and mixing an anionic surfactant with the cationic compound. The manufacturing method according to the present invention can be effectively used for manufacturing a mixed surfactant system which is useful to the detergent composition since the cationic compound having a specific formula can be easily manufactured in a high yield. The cationic compound in the mixed surfactant system prepared according to the manufacturing method of the present invention can be effectively used for detergents having a solid, liquid, gel or paste type since the cationic compound can enhance cleaning power, initial foam- forming ability, foam stability and stability in hard water of an anionic surfactant, and also lower surface tension and critical micelle concentration.
