An apparatus for coating egg with oil is provided to minimize occurrence of dispersing oil and to reduce consumption of oil remarkably by covering the surfaces of eggs transferred by a conveyor with oil and spreading the oil on all the eggs through revolving brushes. An apparatus for coating egg with oil comprises a base(10) standing from the bottom; a conveyor(20) being installed in the base(10) and transferring eggs from the outside; an egg coating part(100) consisting of a housing(110) which is installed on the base(10) and has only the lower part opened and an oil coating device which is installed in the housing(110), covers the surfaces of eggs transferred by a conveyor(20) with oil and spreads the oil on all the eggs through revolving brushes(150); and an oil tank(200) being installed in the housing(110) for feeding oil into the oil coating device. |
