<p>A protective headwear comprising a shell with a cavity defining an opening that is in fluid communication with the inside of the shell. A door member mounted to the shell about the opening. The door member is moveable between a closed position and an open position for providing a door opening which allows air to enter the shell. A protective headwear comprising a door member that is moveable between a closed position and at least a first and a second open position providing for a respective first and second door opening. The second door opening being wider than the first door opening. A protective headwear comprising a moveable positioning member mounted to the shell and being so moveable as to engage the door member and to be disengaged therefrom. When the moveable positioning member engages the door member it positions it at the open position and when it is disengaged therefrom, the door member is released from the one open position.</p> |
