An organic light emitting diode display and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the reduction of data voltage in a switching thin film transistor, current transmitted to a light emitting device, and life span, and the deterioration of display characteristic. An organic light emitting diode display includes a substrate(110). First and second signal lines are formed on the substrate(110) to cross each other. A switching control electrode(124a) is connected to the first signal line. A switching input electrode(173a) is connected to the second signal line. A switching output electrode(175a) faces the switching input electrode(173a). A switching semiconductor(154a) is partially overlapped with the switching input electrode(173a) and the switching output electrode(175a). First and second driving control electrodes(124bp,124bq) are connected to the switching output electrode(175a). A driving semiconductor(154b) is formed between the first and second driving control electrodes(124bp,124bq). A driving input electrode(173b) and a driving output electrode(175b) are partially overlapped with the driving semiconductor(154b), and face each other. A first electrode is connected to the driving output electrode(175b). A second electrode faces the first electrode. A light emitting member(370) is formed between the first and second electrodes. |
