Cement mix for making supporting and delimiting elements for the building trade, agriculture and naval constructions, such as piles for enclosures, piers, platforms, supports for plants or suchlike, comprising at least a hydraulic binder, inert materials, sand and water. The inert materials at least partly consist of grains of light agglomerate material obtained with ash, cement and water.
