<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation cell for a solid oxide fuel cell using a lanthanum gallate electrolyte as a solid electrolyte capable of efficiently generating electric power even when hydrogen gas containing residual hydrocarbon gas caused by insufficient reformation is used. <P>SOLUTION: In the power generation cell for the solid oxide fuel cell using a lanthanum gallate system oxide ion conductor as the solid electrolyte, forming a porous air electrode on one surface of the solid oxide, and forming a porous fuel electrode on the other surface, the fuel electrode 2 has Ru-carrying B-doped ceria particles 3 adhered onto the surface of the skeleton of porous nickel 4 having skeleton structure, and the Ru-carried B-doped ceria particles 3 are most densely adhered on the interface between the fuel electrode and the solid electrolyte 1 and the skeleton surface of the porous nickel in the vicinity of the interface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
