<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure security to a program without deteriorating convenience of the program provided via a network. <P>SOLUTION: A cellphone 40 has data highly important, a copyright-protected content or the like stored in the cellphone 40 while the data, the content or the like is encapsulated, and handles the encapsulated data as a complete encapsulated object having only a method not delivering them to the program of an operation source.
