<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the inflow of generated water by power generation of a fuel cell into a circulating means of a fuel gas even in a situation of an emergency stop of a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: A drain tank 30 is installed on a fuel cell stack 1, and stores generated water by power generation. To this drain tank 30, a water discharging flow path 30a to discharge the generated water in the tank 30 outside is connected. A shut valve 31 is provided in the water discharging flow path 30 a, and is capable of switching the open/close conditions. An emergency valve 14 is provided upstream of the hydrogen circulating means 13 in a hydrogen circulating flow path 10b, and is capable of switching the open/close conditions. A controller 40 controls the open/close conditions of the shut valve 31 and the emergency valve 14 according to the operation conditions of the system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
