<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel to be used for various types of electronic equipment such that sheet peeling or manufacturing is simple, costs are low, and visibility is satisfactory. <P>SOLUTION: A leading part 9A at the right end of a sheet 9 attached to at least one of an upper substrate 1 upper surface and a lower substrate 2 lower surface is projected from the outer circumference of the upper and the lower substrates. The shape of the sheet 9 is almost rectangular, so that it is possible to easily manufacture the sheet by carrying out cutting working or the like, and to hardly generate any damage in carrying out peeling.
