PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor for preventing a capacity of a file from increasing even when authentication data are updated repeatedly, not requiring the authentication data to be assigned by an end user of authenticating the data file, and confirming the authentication data even when the data file is transferred to an external computer or the like. SOLUTION: The authentication data corresponding individually to the data file is stored separately from the data file in an authentication storage part 122, and link data to the authentication data are linked to the corresponding data file by a linking part 124.
