PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database monitoring method, a database monitor system and a database monitoring program in which a database apparatus shared by a plurality of users can be efficiently managed. SOLUTION: A management computer 21 acquires the consumption of a database apparatus 50 and registers the consumption in a use history data storage part 22. When the consumption exceeds an alarm reference value, the management computer 21 executes alarm notification. Then the management computer 21 calculates the mean value of user's consumption for the database apparatus 50 in the past one month. Further, the management computer 21 calculates the mean value of consumption in the same period of the last year.
