PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in flowability, impact resistance, chemical resistance and extrusion processability, and having a good appearance on making it a molded article. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition contains in total of 100 pts.wt. consisting of 30 to 99 pts.wt. aromatic polycarbonate resin and 1 to 70 pts.wt. aliphatic polyester resin consisting mainly of a recurring unit consisting of an aliphatic diol (including an alicyclic diol), an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and/or its derivative, and 0.1 to 20 pts.wt. copolymer of an epoxy group-modified polymer and a vinyl-based polymer.
