PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition excellent in aging resistance over a long period of time, a tire using the same, and a modified natural rubber suitably used as its rubber component. SOLUTION: The modified natural rubber is obtained by adding a compound represented by formula (I) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is an arylamine or the like, and R<SP>2</SP>is a single bond or the like) or formula (II) (wherein R<SP>3</SP>is an alkyl group or the like; R<SP>4</SP>is a hydroxyl group or the like; and R<SP>5</SP>is a single bond or the like) to the molecular chain of a natural rubber.
