PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener for a corrugated cardboard box, which can be opened or closed many times and repeatedly utilized for eliminating some disadvantages that the lid is opened unless the lid is fixed by the fastener when the corrugated cardboard box is utilized as a container, loading or unloading of items is incovenient when the lid is fastened with a tape or the like and the tape is required every time and paper of the lid is also damaged. SOLUTION: Two "U-shaped" elements that can be inserted into a lid cardboard of a corrugated cardboard box are made. One of the elements is provided with "a bar" 3 having "a slide groove" 4 and slid with "a slide tab" 5 and the other element is provided with "a bar receiving port" 1. Protrusions 2 are provided inside "U-shaped" elements so that when the elements are inserted into each other, they may not be easily removed. The units are set at the same right and left positions of the lid of the corrugated cardboard box, the lid is closed, the bar is slid to lock them, and the lid does not open.
