<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control server and a control method for improving the usage of points as virtual currency, and for promoting communication between users by circulating a present on a communication site. <P>SOLUTION: A control server stores relation classification information showing relation classification between first user identification information and second user identification information for identifying the user of terminal equipment.
