<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter apparatus for improving the durability against an external force. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter apparatus has a positive conductor 33, a negative conductor 37 and a AC conductor 35 bonded to a surface of a heat sink 22, an IGBT and a diode bonded between the positive conductor 33 and the AC conductor 35, an IGBT and a diode bonded between the negative conductor 37 and the AC conductor 35, a positive electrode terminal 39 provided in the positive conductor 33, a negative electrode terminal 40 provided in the negative conductor 37, and output terminals 41, 42 provided in the AC conductor 35.
