<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance weight member for a spoked wheel which satisfies environment criterion and simultaneously is at low cost and high reliable and has simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: In the balance weight member 1a for the spoked wheel which comprises a pair of opposite parts 10, 11 opposing to space groove-like gap 12 for housing sideward a spoke 30 of a wheel and a connection 20 which connects the opposite parts 10, 11 with each other and then fixes to press the spoke 30 between them, the connection 20 forms in a length reaching both of the opposite parts 10, 11 as an insert member separately from the opposite parts 10, 11 by using a plastically deformable material.
