<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve equalization of the consuming inclination of consuming material of each color in an image-forming apparatus wherein the consuming material of multiple colors is loaded. <P>SOLUTION: By the processes comprising a step of detecting the residual quantity of the consuming material of each color in the image-forming apparatus for which the consuming material of multiple colors is used, a step of calculating the residual quantity of the consuming material of each color after the implementation of printing demand and a step of automatically performing an alternative color printing according to the calculated residual quantity of the consuming material of each color, the difference in the consuming inclination of the consuming material of each color is relaxed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
