PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device superior in workability in installation, exhibiting a soft spring characteristic to an initial load in the wrenching direction, and superior in durability in wrenching displacement. SOLUTION: This vibration control device 10 elastically joins a car body side member 2 and a stabilizer link 1 penetrating through its opening part 3. The vibration control device 10 has a pair of annular rubber members 14 having a hollow part 12 for inserting the stabilizer link 1 and oppositely arranged above and below the car body side member 2, and a pair of upper-lower plate members 16 arranged above and below its rubber member. The rubber members 14 are formed in a constricted shape by arranged a recessed part 32 extending over the whole periphery in the peripheral direction on an outer peripheral surface 31 of a central part in the axial direction Z of the rubber members 14.
