PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve stress acting on a junction between an internal electrode and a spring conductor. SOLUTION: A recess 7 is formed on the side surface of a bracket 2. The tip of the spring conductor 6 is bent toward the recess 7 to form a fitting portion 34. The fitting portion 34 of the spring conductor 6 is bent and fitted to the recess 7. Engagement between the fitting portion 34 and the recess 7 is interference-fit, and the spring conductor 6 is fixed to the recess 7. A through hole through which the internal terminal conducting to a brush in the driving portion 3 is formed on the bottom surface of the bracket 2 and a base 31 of the spring conductor 6. The base 31 and the internal terminal are electrically connected to each other by soldering or the like, and thereby the electrode connection portion is formed. As described above, since the spring conductor 6 is held and fixed with the fitting portion 34 other than the electric connection portion, the stress acting on the electrode connection portion can be dispersed to the fitting portion 34.
