PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs, and to improve a cooling effect by reducing the number of components in a cooling fin and reducing the number of working hours. SOLUTION: A cooling fin 7 having a plurality of fins 7a is arranged integrally from the side of an inflow port 6c in cooling water in a water tank 6 to the side of an outflow port 6d. Partition walls 6e, 6f for dividing a channel in the water tank 6 into a plurality of regions 6g-6i are inserted between the fins 7a, 7a while the length of the partition walls 6e, 6f is reduced.
