PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device achieving both cost reduction and reduction of the number of assembly man-hours, in the case a plurality of click feelings are given at rocking operation. SOLUTION: A main body part 5, pivotally supported by an axis part 7, rocks with a rocking operation on an operating knob 6. The body part 5 has elastic arm parts 9 protruded toward a rocking direction integrally formed, of which, a sliding operation part 11 integrally formed at a tip end is in contact with a first valley part 15 formed on a side face of the body part 5 in a biased state. When the operating knob is rocked, the sliding operation part 11 moves downward as illustrated, escapes from the first valley part 15, and climbs over a first mound for clicking 12 to be located at a second valley part 12. With this, the a click feeling is granted the operating knob 6, changeover of switching takes place. When the operating knob is released from the rocking operation, the sliding operation part 11 moves to the first valley part 15, and at the same time, the main body part 5 is returned to a neutral position.
