PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion device of optical filter which permits adhesion having satisfactory positional accuracy. SOLUTION: The adhesion device 100 comprises: a main body 10 of blind cylinder shape; an elastic pad 20; and an element fixation stand 50. The main body 10 and the elastic pad 20 are fitted to each other so as to expose a pad bottom part 24 to the outside to form a pressurized chamber 18. An optical filter 30 and an imaging element 40 are respectively supported on a support surface 26 and an element fixation surface 52 freely attachably and detachably. An ultraviolet curable adhesive 60 is applied on a photo-reception surface 42 of the imaging element. The optical filter 30 is moved up to a prescribed position, thereafter, air is supplied from a fluid injection port 16 to the pressurized chamber 18, a pressure in the pressurized chamber 18 is increased, the pad bottom part 24 is expanded and the optical filter 30 is pressed against the imaging element 40. Thereafter, the adhesive 60 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to be cured. Therein, the pressure in the pressurized chamber 18 is appropriately retained and warping of the optical filter 30 and deviation of the relative position accompanying the curing of the adhesive 60 are prevented.
