PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SMA actuator of a simple circuit structure easy for integration into IC, capable of fine positioning ofμm order high resolution and ms order high speed response. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a bridge circuit connected to a drive power source and a measurement switch and including the SMA actuator, a position setting part, and a plurality of fixed resistor and a measurement switch, a comparator comparing electrical potential of the SMA actuator and electrical potential of the position setting part, and an SMA actuator energizing heating switch. A reference clock turns on a low time measurement switch on and turns off the heating switch to supply electricity to the bridge circuit. If electrical potential of the SMA actuator is high, the heating switch is turned on to energize and heat the SMA actuator when the reference clock is turned to high. If electrical potential of the SMA actuator is low or same inversely, the heating switch and the measurement switch are turned off even when the reference clock is turned to high.
