PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper blade, improving the beauty at both end parts in the longitudinal direction, reducing a bad influence of traveling window, and also reducing obstruction to view of a driver, a manufacturing method of the wiper blade and a wiper blade rubber used in the wiper blade. SOLUTION: This wiper blade rubber 2 includes: a wiping part 2b for wiping the surface 8 to be wiped; and a base 2a supporting the wiping part 2b, wherein the base 2a includes: a vertebra groove 14 for mounting a pair of vertebras 3a, 3b, a first storing part 13 provided on the base 2a for storing a first connecting member 3c connecting each one end of the paired vertebras 3a, 3b, and a second storing part 15 provided on the other end of the base 2a for storing a second connecting member 16 connecting the other ends of the paired vertebras 3a, 3b.
