PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of a biomedical optical measurement apparatus highly efficiently executing a plurality of types of inspections related to a light-illumination or -receiving state. SOLUTION: The upper part of an inspection holder 2 is provided with a plurality of illumination probe mount portions 2a and a plurality of light-receiving probe mount portions 2b. The inspection holder 2 is provided with an inspection body insertion hole 2c facing the illumination probe mount portions 2a and the light-receiving probe mount portions 2b.
