PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cold insulator capable of returning to nature when being no longer in use. SOLUTION: This cold insulator is obtained by letting flour comprising vegetable starch flour returning to nature absorb water to bring to a gelling state, and previously mixing horse-radish or carbon ceramic granules returning to nature with the vegetable starch flour.
