PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively produce a transplanter by bringing mechanisms of rocking of a planting cup and locking/unlocking of the planting cup to be a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the transplanter, a cup support is brought to contact with a cam for rocking so as to rock a transplanting cup forward and backward by rocking the cup support in communicating with vertical movement of a vertically moving member and a swinging lever for locking/unlocking is brought to contact with a cam for locking/unlocking to lock/unlock the planting cup by swinging the swinging lever for locking/unlocking in communicating with the vertical movement of the vertically moving member. The cam for rocking and the cam for locking/unlocking are fixed to a free end side of a second rotor to revolve around a third rotary shaft against the vertically moving member and the cup support and the swing lever for locking/unlocking are supported to the vertically moving member to be freely rockable.
