The present invention discloses an LED lighting apparatus and a method of manufacturing the same. The LED lighting apparatus includes a circuit board on which an LED is installed; an electric wire integrally formed with a case so that the electric wire passes through a baseplate of the case; and a piece penetrating a power supplying node to contact the electric wire.
