A screw threaded element (21) after overcoming a predetermined feed path takes up the subsequent feed path at least partially in a rotation and transfers it at the same time or during resetting to the adjusting element which is thereby turned opposite the pressure piston and moves the pressure piston via the screw connection (11) relative to the adjusting element.
