A method for removing bruises by using magnetism is provided to efficiently remove bruises without taking any surgical operations, getting acupuncture, or taking medicine. A method for removing bruises by using magnetism includes the steps of: generating magnetism by bringing a magnetic substance into contact with a portion of bruise; concentrating hemoglobin within an influential sphere of magnetism on the portion of bruise; speeding up metabolism of a bodily tissue of the portion since the moved hemoglobin abundantly supplies oxygen to the tissue and takes wastes from the same; and speeding up regeneration of injured muscle or nervous tissue and blood circulation of capillary vessels. Further, blood in cellular tissue outside blood vessel is also moved into capillary vessel with hemoglobin by magnetism to remove bruises.
