<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-Cu-M'-B-Si based microcrystal alloy thin strip having satisfactory soft magnetic properties in high saturated magnetic flux density, high squareness ratio and low magnetostriction ratio while suppressing the stress deterioration in the state where an insulating film is applied to the surface of the alloy thin strip. <P>SOLUTION: The microcrystal alloy thin strip of an Fe-Cu-M'-B-Si base (wherein, M' is at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of Nb, W, Ta, Zr, Hf, Ti and Mo) obtained by applying an insulating film to one side or both sides of a thin strip has an operation magnetic flux density ΔB satisfying 2.95T≥ΔB≥2.75T and a magnetostriction rate χ satisfying χ≤20%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
