PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a battery cover mounting defect by a user. SOLUTION: This battery cover 50 includes fitting claws 1 for fitting and fixing them to/into fitting holes 7 formed in a battery housing part 51 of an operation part side housing 30. The fitting claw 1 is formed to project in an oblique direction with respect to a surface of the battery cover 50. The fitting claw 1 includes a chamfered shape part 4 formed by obliquely scraping off a tip part with respect to the surface of the battery cover 50. The fitting claw 1 includes a reinforcing rib 3, between a projection part 1a and the surface of the battery cover 50, for reinforcing strength by supporting the fitting claw 1. In this case, even if a user presses down the battery cover 50 by a finger or the like with the fitting claws 1 lifted, the fitting claws can be easily fitted in the fitting holes 7 by sliding of the chamfered shape parts 4 on lock parts 7a, and the damage of the fitting claws 1 can be prevented.
