PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system for achieving highly scalable and much more precise information recommendation without imposing any labor on such a specific device as a server. SOLUTION: The node device for managing the location of any distribution information among a plurality of pieces of distribution information is provided with: a node information storage means for storing node information to be managed by itself; a reference information storage means for including at least any of evaluation information evaluated by each of the plurality of node devices and the acquisition history information of a plurality of pieces of distribution information acquired in each of the plurality of node devices; an information receiving means for receiving request information including the recommendation request of the distribution information; a recommended distribution information generation means for selecting a plurality of pieces of distribution information to be recommended other than the distribution information whose location is managed by itself based on comprehensive reference information, and for generating recommended distribution information showing the selected distribution information; and an information transmission means for transmitting the generated recommended distribution information to the node device as the origin of request.
