PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device with which image information is read at a high speed. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device 10 has a plurality of pixels Ca, arranged into a matrix form and selects one pixel Ca determined by line address signals X0, X1 and column address signals Y0, Y1.
