PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid interference of a vertical moving line part of an elevator or the like supported to an upper story side building, with a lower story side building at the occurrence of an earthquake. SOLUTION: The vertical traffic line part 8 of the elevator, stairs 81, or the like is supported to an upper story side main frame 7u through beam members 10 without being fixed to a lower story side building 1d, and displaced together with the upper story side building 1u (that is, displaced differently from the lower story side building 1d) at the occurrence of the earthquake. Since the vertical traffic line part 8 is supported in a position distant from the upper story side main frame 7u and a lower story side main frame 7d, its contact with the lower story side main frame 7d can be avoided when displaced.
