PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect road surface data of a noise system and a vibration system at a time. SOLUTION: A combined road surface structure is composed of a combination of: a first road surface 3 with a road surface wavelength of a long frequency component in which mountains and valleys alternately continue and in which a period from the mountain to the adjacent mountain and from the valley to the adjacent valley is long; a second road surface 5 with a road surface wavelength of a middle frequency component which overlaps the period of the first road surface 3, by irregularities formed along the first road surface 3; and a third road surface 7 with a road surface wavelength of a short frequency component which overlaps the period of the first road surface 3, by irregularities smaller than those of the second road surface 5.
