PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently let out heat generated in a COF to the outside, and to suppress radiation of noise generated in the COF. SOLUTION: The COF 50 extends upward passing through between a reservoir unit and a side cover 53 from the top face of a piezoelectric actuator 21, and is connected to a substrate. A driver IC 52 mounted on a surface opposed to the side cover 53 of a base material 81 is brought into contact with a surface of the side cover 53 at a part which passes through between the reservoir unit and the side cover 53. Moreover, the vicinity of a tip of a projection 81a, whereat a part of each of right and left ends of the base material 81 projects in a direction parallel to the surface of the base material 81, is joined to the side cover 53. Consequently, a common wire formed along the outer edge of the base material 81 of the COF 50 is joined to the side cover 53 at the part formed on the surface of the projection 81a.
