PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quilt which provides an effective countermeasure for an uneasy sleep in turn of the year, the night sweat of toddlers, the hot flush, or the like being representative of the condition of autonomic nerve imbalance of women of the menopause or others. SOLUTION: One quilt has a thin portion 1 and a thick portion 2 having different thickness. Accordingly, a user moves his body to the part with thin thickness or the position of the quilt when feeling hotness during sleeping.
