PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DWCNT complex in which the adjacent DWCNTs are bonded covalently to each other through a carbon chain and which is handled while a plurality of the DWCNT complexes are bundled. SOLUTION: The DWCNT complex has such a connected tube structure that the outer layers of the adjacent double-layer carbon nanotubes (DWCNTs) are bonded covalently to each other through the carbon chain.
