The finished basin comprises a unit with a film coating of flexible polyolefins. The basin, a substructure, all components and connections are all over welded with each other. The film coating of the basin is arranged in different colors and different chemical stabilities of the basin are achieved by different arrangements of the film with respect to liquid media. The basin is used for swimming pool and garden, flowering pond or water basin due to variations in the components and the different sizes of the basins.
