A portable emergency oxygen inhaler is provided to have a simple structure, a simple way of using, and an appropriate size to grip with a hand. A portable emergency oxygen inhaler includes: a body; an outlet that a user holds in the mouth and through which oxygen gas issues; an oxygen bottle(3) for storing oxygen gas; an inlet(2) through which oxygen gas is injected; and a button for inhaling oxygen. Since the portable emergency oxygen inhaler is not big, the respiration is performed at intervals.
