<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an RFID tag system with a vibration detecting function using an electrodynamic acceleration sensor, capable of easily performing the detection of a subtle vibration and the adjustment of a detection property, dispensing with a driving power source, and being miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: A diaphragm, where a ring shape leaf spring having at least three point support parts is formed in order to relatively and coaxially vibrate a coil and a magnet, is fixed to the magnet or the coil so as to constitute an electrodynamic acceleration sensor. The electrodynamic acceleration sensors are disposed in X axis, Y axis and Z axis directions so as to orthogonally cross each other in the electrodynamic triaxial acceleration sensor. An RFID tag with the vibration detecting function includes: an antenna; and an RFID chip which converts analog signals to be output from the electrodynamic acceleration sensors in each axial direction constituting the electrodynamic triaxial acceleration sensor into acceleration data by digital signal in an A/D conversion circuit and also performs the transmission processing of acceleration data and ID data in response to a reading signal from an outer reader. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
