PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal head system, a universal head, a zoom lens control system, and a zoom lens controller that eliminate an offset. SOLUTION: The universal head or zoom lens controller which rotates a load under feedback control is equipped with a center control section 250 which calculates an angular speed command value based upon a received electric signal and outputs it, an amplifier 270 which amplifies the angular speed command value output from the center control section 250, a motor 280 which rotates the load with the amplified signal, and an AD converter 290 which detects the angular speed of the motor, extracts the output of the amplifier, and transmits it to the center control section. The center control section subtracts the offset of the amplifier transmitted from the AD converter from the electric signal received by an electric signal reception part and outputs the result to the DA converter.
