MOBILE STATION, RADIO ACCESS NETWORK APPARATUS, AND RESOURCE REQUEST METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station capable of decreasing a delay from a connection request made by a mobile station in an idle state to the radio access network apparatus until the mobile station starts communication, to provide a radio access network apparatus, and to provide a resource request method. SOLUTION: The task above is attained through the configuration such that the mobile station is provided with: a means for selecting an identifier among identifiers informed in advance in the case of starting communication; and a means for storing the identifiers and generating a connection request signal, and the radio access network apparatus is provided with: a means for storing an identifier which the radio access network apparatus provides in response to the connection request from the mobile station and information denoting an uplink radio resource which the radio access network apparatus permits the mobile station to use and generating a response signal; and a means for transmitting the response signal to the mobile station which has made the connection request.
