摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated granular material comprising a biologically active substance having stable elution suppressing performances of the physiologically active substance and excellent degradability of a resin film. SOLUTION: The coated granular material comprises the biologically active substance having the film of the urethane resin obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate component containing an aromatic polyisocyanate with a polyol component containing a polyester polyol. The coated granular material is characterized as follows. The polyester polyol is a polyester polyol having a partial structure of an oxycarbonyl [-O-C(=O)-] in an amount of≥15% (converted into weight) in the molecule and the molar ratio of isocyanate groups in the polyisocyanate component to hydroxy groups in the polyol component is (1:0.9) to (1:1.5).
