PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts items of positioning and fixing structural parts, and to reduce the working man-hour in positioning and fixing when connecting two panel-like parts to each other. SOLUTION: The panel-like parts connecting structure is provided with a first panel-like part 2 having a boss part 50z structured of a first fastening seat part 50 formed with a first fastening surface 50a and a connecting wall part 50 projected from a base part 50b so as to be connected to the first fastening seat part 50, and second panel-like parts 3a and 3b having a second fastening seat part 40 formed with a second fastening surface 40a and a side wall 40 connected to the second fastening seat part 40 and arranged opposite to the connecting wall part 50c of the first panel-like part 2. The second panel-like part is formed with a recessed part 40e, and the boss part 50z is arranged inside the recessed part 40e, and the first fastening surface 50a and the second fastening surface 40a are overlapped with each other by fastening with fasteners 51 and 53, and the connecting wall part 50c and the side wall of the recessed part 40e are fastened for fixation in the state that they abut on each other.
