PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-cooled cooling air fan with an improved feeling of coolness, wherein suction air is blown out by mixing all of it with mist and cooling it. SOLUTION: A water charging part opening and closing door 7 is provided for fittingly attaching a water cartridge 6 to a lower part of a cold air blow-out opening 5, a suction opening 9 is cut out in a side wall of a back face lower part to add an activated carbon suction air filter to an inner wall face, casters 11 are attached to a bottom, and a drive motor 12 and a C-shaped multiblade fan 13 are provided in an inner side of the cold air blow-out opening. In a body interior, a cold air generating chamber 15 is provided in an intermediate portion covered by a casing 14 communicating the suction opening with the cold air blow-out opening, and a centrifugal rotary disc incorporated with a comb-teethed mist generating comb disc 18 mounted with a tornado motor 16 is journalled to a rotary conical hole 20. A water cartridge valve opening insertion frame 21 is formed in an inner side lower part of the water charging part opening and closing door, an active carbon water filter 22 is provided in the lower part, a water receptor 23 is provided in lower parts of the mist generating comb disc and the rotary conical hole, it is communicated with the water cartridge valve opening insertion frame, and a drain hole 25 penetrated to an exterior is provided on a side face of the water receptor.
